Can I tell you a secret? When it comes to books, lately, I’ve found it hard to read just one. As a result of that, I’ve become what some would call a book juggler. That’s an adjective that is used to describe someone who reads more than one book at a time. I certainly do not consider it a bad thing. I love books. I love reading. Besides, when we were in school, we used to do it, right? All of those different subjects we learned about caused us to read a few books, right? So, let me share with you, what I’m reading for the month of February.
I’ve chosen two books.
Just recently, a group of my Sisters in Christ and I traveled to Dawsonville, Georgia to participate in the Ignited Women’s Conference. The experience we had there was A-mazing! Words sometimes never does justice to the description of things. Some things, you really just have to be there to know what it was like. This conference was one of them. Let’s just say that we went hungry for a move of God and left with a greater desire to truly see more of Him in our lives and in the Church.
I purchased these two books while I was there. I mean, the titles speak for themselves. Here’s a little snippet of what each book is about:

Creating a Habitation for God’s Glory
Written by Todd Smith, this book speaks of his personal experience of almost quitting ministry until God revealed to him how to create a place in his life for Him to live; a revelation which led to the outbreak of what is known as the North Georgia Revival. Todd invites you to cultivate a permanent dwelling place for God’s presence. He also encourages you to become a carrier of God’s holy fire and a habitation for His glory.
“God is raising up an army of believers who are willing to do whatever He asks and pay whatever price necessary to encounter and walk in His glory.”
Todd Smith, Creating a Habitation for God’s Glory

Saturate
Written by Jessi Green, Saturate invites you to go all in for revival. She calls people to leave behind status quo religion to embrace a faith that really works. Jessi encourages you to break free from dry religion and saturate yourself in the holy presence of God.
“God is raising a remnant that will go all in for revival and won’t settle for only a passionate church service. He is certainly bringing His fire back to the altars.”

Both books speak the same message.
They call us to a deeper more intimate relationship with God. They call us to pay very close attention to what truly matters while vigilantly eliminating what doesn’t.
So, what’s the greatest number of books you’ve read at once? Will you be adding these to your book collection?
